visit, please be prepared to answer questions about your pet’s
behavior and habits so that we can best assess their general
condition. This allows us to get a full picture of the health of your
pet. We’ll also take a look at other physical markers, such as
heart rate, and signs of pain, like stiffness when they walk. We’ll
always discuss any additional tests before running them to make sure
you’re comfortable with the procedures and the associated costs.
We may sometime refer you to a specialist, veterinarians who have completed advanced studies in specialties such as internal medicine, surgery, and emergency care, if your pet must undergo a procedure that requires more precise knowledge and experience.
